1. Acceptance of Terms

In no event shall rollem's total liability to any individual player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8. Account Suspension and Closure
rollem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable belief that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or any specific platform rule. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration, operating multiple accounts, suspected fraud or money laundering, chargebacks initiated against rollem, collusion with other players, use of prohibited software, and any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.
